Tilt Tray Sorter
GBI's Tilt Tray Sorter provides automation that will provide accurate, reliable and efficient sorts for high volume order fulfillment, returns processing, or loose receipts utilizing less space, fewer employees, and in a shorter window of time. For example, a tilt tray sorter can be loaded by three to four employees and is capable of attaining maximum rates of up to 12,000 sorts per hour.
Automated sortation is the most beneficial for Order Fulfillment when there are numerous SKU’s (or line items) for each order, when there are many pieces per order, and numerous orders. The Tilt Tray Sorter generally offers a faster payback.
GBI's Pick-to-Light System is designed to electronically assist sorting personnel in picking or putting SKU's to meet order requirements.
GBI's Paperless Picking System is an economical alternative to the Tilt Tray Sorter when there are less items per SKU, and fewer line items (SKU's) per Order.
